Psychometics - Client Support Officer

The Opportunity
We are looking for someone with a few years’ experience or a recent graduate to join our Client Support Team where you will learn the TMS Global platform and support and interact with our diverse community of Accredited Practitioners. 

During your training, you will become accredited in all four TMS psychometric profiling tools, become familiar with the TMS Facilitator Resources and have the opportunity to deliver a Team Management Profile debrief.  TMS will invest in training and mentoring to help you develop your skillset. 

This opportunity will suit a recent graduate of Behavioral Science, Psychology or L&D looking for a future in People and Culture. This is a great opportunity to engage with the professional community and build your career network.

In this role you will:

  • support our community of Accredited Practitioners to access and administer the suite of TMS Profiling tools
  • effectively troubleshoot end user issues
  • proactively drive client centric solutions with a high degree of professionalism
  • answer the phone and respond to email enquiries
  • work closely with your team to continually improve the quality of our service and platform
  • perform general office and administrative duties
  • support the User Acceptance Testing process as our product platform evolves

About you

We are looking for someone who has 

  • a genuine interest in the intersection of business and psychometrics
  • the ability to apply core principles and processes to our accredited practitioner’s challenges and provide them with on time, professional solutions
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills including the ability to quickly build rapport and actively listen
  • experience in a corporate workplace
  • a work preference for accuracy and attention to detail
  • proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, Office 365
  • an attitude of continual learning and a willingness to learn new technical skills

Helpful, but not essential

  • experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM

Inherent role requirement

This is a Client Support position where you must be able to work TMS business hours to support our clients as required.
