The Thales Graduate Program is a two-year program commencing in February 2024. What makes us different from the rest?

About Your Role

Working alongside Project Management and Bid Management professionals you will have the opportunity to learn all facets of how a business runs whilst you play an integral role in helping coordinate and prepare projects and bids.

  • Assisting with coordinating and collating bids and tender documentation
  • Support the management of projects and associated activities
  • Gaining insight into contract management and the differing models
  • Understand and developing project schedules and plans and play a key role in preparing for meetings
  • Gain an insight into risk management and associated activities
  • Understand workforce planning and related activities

How About You?

  • Recently degree qualified in Engineering, Finance, Business, or a related degree, or be in the final year of completing for graduation end of 2023
  • You have a keen interest to understand how a project driven business plans and tracks its bids and projects to completion both from a cost and schedule perspective 
  • You have exceptional communication skills and can easily build relationships
  • You are a quick learner who can easily interrupt information and put it to use
  • Your organisation skills are second to none!
