About Your Role

This is a unique career opportunity to kick start your career in our fascinating maritime business focused on naval ship repair and modification. This will give engineers an amazing opportunity to gain experience in a variety of engineering projects where you will be involved from design to build, seeing your work come to life!

  • Perform a wide range of professional and administrative engineering support activities in our naval business
  • Focus on ensuring our products comply with technical requirements
  • Involvement in planning, reporting and also quality
  • Problem solving, analysis, and generating creative work solutions to work situations.

How About You?

  • Recent degree qualification (or be in the final year of completing for graduation end of 2023) in Naval Architecture, Mechanical or Structural Engineering
  • Leadership experience demonstrated through previous employment or extra-curricular activities whilst studying university
  • Proven ability to work within a team environment, results focused, resilient, resourceful and a thirst for solving problems
  • Initiative and a desire to challenge yourself and continuously keep learning
