Being a part of our Marketing team means becoming a custodian of some of Australia’s most iconic brands. Consumers first is our secret ingredient, as our Marketing team delights our consumers by driving brand awareness, leading to increased household penetration!  . 

Learning opportunities for Graduates in Marketing will include brand strategy and execution, innovation, working with agency partners, social and digital, and tracking brand performance. All while delighting millions of our customers! 

The following Marketing positions will be available for Graduates in Sydney in 2023: 


Innovation Graduate  

As a Graduate in The Arnott’s Group Marketing team, you will be involved in: 

  • End-to-end management of iconic brands in new innovative portfolios. 
  • Supporting brand strategy, execution and evaluation, compelling communications, and activations.

Degrees: Marketing, Business, Commerce, or a related field. 


eCommerce Graduate 

As a commercially savvy and highly analytical Graduate in The Arnott’s Group Ecommerce team, you will be involved in: 

  • eCategory Management - Manage, interrogate and report on key category opportunities and performance. Make recommendations based on data-led insights. 
  • Digital Shelf Management - Support the optimisation of Arnott’s Group digital touchpoints across retailer online stores and help Arnott’s to deliver the ultimate digital journey. 
  • Customer Activation - Collaborate with customer teams and brand owners to develop successful online ‘’always on’’ as well as NPD activation plans across key retailers. 
  • Product Experience Management – Implement content for online retail environments and seek ways to innovate to improve the digital path-to-purchase. 
  • Non-Grocery Channels Support - Collaborate with customer teams to provide analysis using PowerBI platform, together with category & range review support. 

Degrees: Marketing, Business, Commerce, Information Technology, Communications, and or a related field. 


Social & Content Graduate  

As a Graduate in The Arnott’s Group Digital, Media & CX Transformation team, you will be involved in: 

  • Shaping some of Australia’s most iconic local brands through the delivery of social always-on plans, including influencer and partnerships activity, community management and content development. 
  • Quarterly content calendar execution: Support the execution of our social media strategy and quarterly plans, inclusive of earned influencers, partnerships, events, content creation, and content ideation. 
  • Social expansion: Help us expand our brand footprint and social channels through new opportunities. 
  • Support the implementation of influencer strategy: 
  • Build & engage with our in-house database of Always On organic influencers. 
  • Support the implementation of our Paid Influencer strategy, including influencer identification, content ideation, and reporting on performance. 
  • Monthly reporting of social & content performance, leveraging mar-tech such as Sprinklr. 
  • Consumer community management and act upon agile and reactive social opportunities. 
  • Photoshoot co-ordination and design studio workflow management. 

Degrees: Marketing, Digital Marketing, PR & Media, Commerce, Business, Communications, or a related field. 


Brand Management (Meals & Beverages) Graduate 

As a Graduate in The Arnott’s Group Marketing Business team, you will be involved in: 

  • All aspects of the marketing mix including comms & media implementation, supporting brand strategy, insight generation, innovation development, execution and activation. 
  • Market tracking and developing actionable insights to guide decision making 
  • Autonomously running winter activation initiatives as part of this action-packed, hands-on role! 

Degrees: Marketing, Commerce, Business, Communications, or a related field. 


Brand Management (Chocolate) Graduate  

As a Graduate in The Arnott’s Group Marketing Business team, you will be involved in: 

  • End-to-end management of iconic brands in our Chocolate portfolio such as Mint Slice, Caramel Crown or Wagon Wheel 
  • Supporting brand strategy, execution and evaluation, innovation, compelling communications, and activations. 

Degrees: Marketing, Commerce, Business, Communications, or a related field. 


Brand Management (Savoury) Graduate

As a Graduate in The Arnott’s Group Marketing Business team, you will be involved in: 

  • End-to-end management of iconic brands in our savoury portfolio, such as Shapes, Jatz, or Flatbread Dippers. 
  • Supporting brand strategy, execution and evaluation, innovation, compelling communications, and activations. 

Degrees: Marketing, Commerce, Business, Communications, or a related field. 


Ingredients for Success 

The Arnott’s Graduate Program aims to develop future leaders who can make an impact. 

We are proud at The Arnott’s Group to have leadership competencies that form the basis of “how” we operate. Our graduate assessment centres will focus on these as they are the secret ingredient in achieving business results. The three competencies are:

  • Growing Talent | Adopting a growth mindset, coaching, and developing others, and actively seeking out feedback to build self-awareness.

Duration 

The 2023 Graduate Program will commence in February 2023 and run for 9 months.   

At the end of the 9 months, those graduates who demonstrate high performance and make a significant impact will be offered permanent positions. 


Key Dates   

Applications open on 25th July and close on 28th August.  

Virtual assessment centres will be conducted between 26 - 29 September and the Program will start in February 2023. 


Locations & Business Functions 

We have opportunities across Australia and New Zealand in the following locations: North Strathfield and Huntingwood in NSW, Shepparton in VIC, Marleston in SA, Virginia in QLD and Auckland in NZ. 

Business Functions we are hiring for include: Supply Chain, Engineering, Occupational Therapy/Physiotherapy, Research & Development, Sales, Marketing, Digital & Technology, Finance and People & Culture.
