The following People & Culture positions will be available for a Graduate in Sydney & Adelaide in 2023:

 

People & Culture Graduate - Sydney NSW

As a Graduate in The Arnott’s Group People & Culture team, you will be involved in: 

  • Providing best practice services to support several key strategic initiatives including Wellbeing, Inclusion & Belonging or Reconciliation Action Plan. 
  • Operational tasks across employee lifecycle management, system enhancement projects, employee relations and employee engagement initiatives. 

Degrees: Business, Human Resources, Psychology, or related fields. 

 

People & Culture Graduate – Brisbane QLD

As a Graduate in The Arnott’s Group People & Culture team, you will be involved in: 

  • Transforming Culture – Supporting the delivery or diversity and inclusion activities on site. Working with the P&C Manager to deliver and execute key cultural transformation activities, facilitate workshops and develop/deliver progress reporting to Site Leadership Tea 
  • Operational Delivery – Collating and presenting HR data and metrics to be presented at weekly site Daily Direction Setting (DDS) meetings. Working with the P&C Manager to support the delivery of key operational HR activities across all shifts. Collaborating with key stakeholders such and WH&S, Operations, Maintenance, Quality & Finance to deliver site based initiatives 
  • Change Management – Supporting the Operations team in the deployment of Integrated Work Systems across the site. Supporting the P&C Manager to develop and deliver effective Leadership capability and development.  

Degrees: Business, Human Resources, Psychology, or related fields. 


Ingredients for Success 

The Arnott’s Graduate Program aims to develop future leaders who can make an impact. 

We are proud at The Arnott’s Group to have leadership competencies that form the basis of “how” we operate. Our graduate assessment centres will focus on these as they are the secret ingredient in achieving business results. The three competencies are:

  • Growing Talent | Adopting a growth mindset, coaching, and developing others, and actively seeking out feedback to build self-awareness. 
  • Win The Right Way | Respectfully challenges and champions ideas, agile approach to drive speed of decision making, and disrupts to drive progressive change to become the best. 

  

Duration 

The 2023 Graduate Program will commence in February 2023 and run for 9 months.   

At the end of the 9 months, those graduates who demonstrate high performance and make a significant impact will be offered permanent positions. 


Key Dates   

Applications open on 25th July and close on 28th August.  

Virtual assessment centres will be conducted between 26 - 29 September and the Program will start in February 2023. 


Locations & Business Functions 

We have opportunities across Australia and New Zealand in the following locations: North Strathfield and Huntingwood in NSW, Shepparton in VIC, Marleston in SA, Virginia in QLD and Auckland in NZ. 

Relocation assistance provided to graduates who may be required to move locations. 

Other Business Functions we are hiring for include: Supply Chain, Engineering, Occupational Therapy/Physiotherapy, Research & Development, Marketing, Digital & Technology, Finance and Sales.
