About the Program
Have you recently completed or will complete your degree in 2020 and are ready to launch a professional career that makes a difference?
The University of Melbourne is looking for graduates to join the Melbourne Graduate Program. Over two years, you will have three rotations across a range of professional services teams to give you exposure to different functions of the University and broaden your skill set.
The program will provide you with the tools, skills and support to accelerate your professional development and to kick-start your career at a dynamic, world-class organisation.
The professional roles available at the University are diverse, and graduates develop broad technical and professional skills in a variety of areas. These include Human Resources, Finance, Marketing, Procurement, Research Support, Student Services and more.
You will be a results driven team player with excellent communication and relationship building skills. Flexibility, learning agility and strong problem solving skills are also important qualities for success. You will have achieved a minimum grade point average of 65 in your degree, completed in 2018, 2019 or 2020. To be eligible to apply, you must also be an Australian or New Zealand citizen or have Australian Permanent Residency status at the time of application.
We encourage applicants from all disciplines and all universities to apply, as the work is diverse across many professional services areas.
