Our 1.5-year Master of Management (CEMS) program will provide you with the business skills and global experience you will need to kick-start an international career in business and management.
The Master of Management (CEMS) has been specifically designed so that you can complete the CEMS Master in International Management as part of your degree. We are the only university in Australia to offer this program and the only Australian business school to be admitted as a member of CEMS. In just 1.5 years, you will graduate with two qualifications:
- Master of Management (CEMS) from the University of Sydney
- CEMS Master in International Management from CEMS

- Global Management Practice
- Managing People and Organisations
During your studies, you will spend at least one semester at a CEMS network University where you will experience different cultures while studying and gaining business knowledge and experience.
As part of the program, you will also work closely with our industry partners, as well as CEMS corporate and social partners, through skill seminars, career forums and capstone projects where you will interact directly with senior leaders and alumni. Our CEMS corporate and social partners comprise of leading corporations and not-for-profit organisations including Deloitte, Hilti, McKinsey & Company, United Nations Alliance of Civilizations, and WWF International.
You’ll also have access to the University of Sydney Business School’s Careers and Employability Office, who offer specialised career coaching and services to help you achieve your career goals.
