About the Graduate Program
This program is ideal if you are looking for on-the-job experience that complements your tertiary studies. Completing four rotations across the Transport cluster, Graduates are employed on a permanent basis. In addition to completing four rotations, you will participate in an 18 month development program, equipping you with essential soft skills to further your future career.
To be eligible to apply, you must have completed or be completing your final year of an undergraduate degree.
Complete four, six-month placements related to your undergraduate qualification.
Hours per week
You need to work a minimum of 35 hours a week.
Graduates are employed on a permanent basis. If they meet the requirements of the program they will have opportunities to win roles within the Transport cluster.
We’re looking for talent from a range of backgrounds including, but not limited to:
- Engineering: Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronic, Planning, Environmental, Telecommunications, Software and Surveying.
- Business: Management, Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, Marketing and Communications.
- IT: Computer Science, Information and Communication Technology (ICT) and IT.
