2023 Transport Scholar Program

We’re looking for people currently studying for their Higher School Certificate (HSC) or who are in the early stages of a university degree. This is a flexible program designed to get hands-on experience with real teams and projects, while balancing study commitments.

We have opportunities for a range of disciplines, including but not limited to, Engineering, Information Technology and Business. Opportunities are available across metropolitan and regional NSW, including Sydney, Grafton, Newcastle, Parkes, Nowra and Wagga Wagga.

The biggest perk of all? Earn a credit average in your university degree and we’ll reimburse your course fees!

Scholars work a minimum of 35 hours a week, Monday to Friday, throughout university breaks. During university semesters/trimesters, Scholars have the option to a minimum of 14 hours a week to ensure a balance between work and study.

Scholars receive an annual salary at Transport Grade 1.
