About the Scholar Program (3 to 5 Years)
For high-achieving university students, this program provides university fee reimbursement and unique, paid work placements related to your degree. You can gain invaluable work experience while you study with this versatile program, available across metropolitan and regional areas.
To be eligible, you must be entering the first or second year of your undergraduate degree at university at the time of starting the Scholar Program. You need to maintain a minimum credit average each semester to receive reimbursement for university fees and remain on the program.
Complete work placements in a business area related to your undergraduate qualification for the duration of your Scholar Program.
Hours per week
You may work a minimum of 14 hours a week during the university semester. You need to work a minimum of 35 hours a week during the summer and winter university breaks.
You can apply to stream into the Graduate Program when you complete your qualification.
We’re looking for talent from a range of backgrounds including, but not limited to:
- Engineering: Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronic, Planning, Environmental, Telecommunications, Software and Surveying.
- Business: Management, Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, Marketing and Communications.
- IT: Computer Science, Information and Communication Technology (ICT) and IT.
