About Us
Treasury Wine Estates (TWE) is one of the world’s leading wine companies. We know that it’s the thinkers, makers and doers who have the most impact as we continue to strive towards being recognised as the world’s most admired premium wine company. We are proud of our portfolio of brands that have tremendous heritage, rich quality, and a reputation for excellence across the globe. From the iconic luxury of Penfolds, to the broad appeal of Lindeman’s and newer brands like 19 Crimes, we are committed to creating memorable wine experiences for our consumers.
Our Corporate Finance Graduate Program
Join us as a Finance Graduate! We aim to provide you with the ideal environment to foster your passions, and strengths and fast-track your career.
Finance is an integral part of how we deliver at TWE, so you will be at the heart of helping us achieve our ambition of becoming the world’s most admired premium wine company. Our finance team actively contributes to managing business performance and works cross-functionally to help grow our profit.
This is a 24-month program with four rotations of 6 months each:
- Treasury Business Solutions: Financial Control and Financial Governance
- Treasury Premium Brands: Commercial Finance
- Corporate Finance: Financial Performance & Analysis
- Supply Finance: get to know the heart of our business
During your rotations, you will build a broad knowledge base and deepen your skillset, whilst forming professional networks to develop your career.
This is a full-time paid program for recent graduates and students graduating in 2024 (and up to two years prior). You will be a permanent employee of TWE, so after the program finishes, you will move into a permanent role.
You’ll also receive support for your CA or CPA studies (financial support along with study leave and support programs.) We do prefer CA but will support either CA or CPA.
Eligibility
- To be eligible for our programs, you must be an Australian or New Zealand Citizen or an Australian Permanent Resident at the time of application.
- You can apply for the graduate program when you're in the final year of your degree or if you have completed an Undergraduate or Postgraduate degree within the past two years, at the time of application.
- You’ll need to be available to start with us as a permanent employee in February 2025.
- You need to be ready to obtain your CA when you join us, hence it is a requirement for the Finance Graduate Program to have an accounting/finance degree OR to have completed the relevant courses required to start the CA program ahead of your start date.
It takes all varietals!
Just like the wide range and variety of brands in our wine portfolio, TWE embraces diversity and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, colour, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin or on the basis of disability. If you require any assistance to be included in our process, please contact [email protected], quoting the job title and reference number.
How to apply
Fill out the online form and remember to answer the pre-screening questions carefully. You will need to attach a PDF or Word version of your resume and your Academic Transcript (we will accept unofficial transcripts as well).
