In this role, you’ll get to
* Work closely with Market Managers to maintain and promote strong partner relationships by introducing Trip.com Group's products and services to hotel partners.
* Ensure hotel partners’ product (e.g. room types, rates, promotions, availability & content) is consistently optimised and competitive across the platform to maximise customer experience.
* Act as a point of contact for Customer Service escalations, and work with hotel partners to ensure the best possible solution for the customer, partners and business.
* Liaison with hotel partners and Market Managers and address invoicing issues.
* Execute effectively based on KPI metrics (targets, goals and/or strategic objectives).
* Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

What you'll need to succeed
* Bachelor degree or equivalent; major in Hotel & Hospitality Management is preferred
* Relevant experience in e-commerce, account management support, hotel reservation and travel agencies
* Great work ethic, positive and enthusiastic team player, and committed to providing superior service to hotel partners
* Excellent communication skills, ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
* Proficient in English skills; Mandarin Chinese language proficiency is preferred but not a must
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
* With full work rights with no restrictions in Australia, ability to work 38 hours per week. 485 visa holders will be considered
