Junior/Graduate Electrical Engineer - Immediate Start

Trivantage Manufacturing is an Electrical Engineering and Switchboard Manufacturing Company specialising in the design, manufacture, testing and installation of switchboards.

We are seeking a Junior/Graduate Electrical Engineer to join our team of seven engineers at our Switchboard Manufacturing division located in Thomastown.

Job description:

• Assisting Project Team with all aspects of a large state-wide electrical projects
• Operation of AutoCAD, Solidworks and other drafting/design computer programs 
• Liaison with the Project Managers and Engineers
• Ensuring compliance with the company's Quality Management system 
• Reading and understanding project requirements, scope and specifications

Experience & Attributes Required 

• B Eng Electrical or equivalent
• Professional written and verbal communications skills
• A willingness to learn and develop
• Skill in using AutoCAD 
• Understanding of switchboards and single lines
• Proficient user of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & Project)
• Flexibility to adapt to the requirements of a multidisciplinary team when required
• Able to work autonomously 
• Knowledge of electrical AS/NZS 3000 and AS/NZS 61439 and VIC SIRs is an advantage
