Matthew Pawluk

Matthew started as a Director in UBS’ General Industrials team in 2019. Prior to joining UBS Matthew had worked in Melbourne, Sydney and New York for Deutsche Bank across a number of sectors including Natural Resources and Consumer / Retail. He is currently helping advise Village Roadshow Limited on its takeover response to BGH Capital.

Matthew graduated from the University of Melbourne with a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance/Economics majors) with an Honours in Finance.

Alexander Hasiotis

Alex is an Associate Director in the UBS Melbourne office covering General Industrials clients. His experience includes sell-side and buy-side M&A (including cross-border) for public, private and financial sponsor clients, as well as capital market transactions.

Prior to UBS, Alex started his career at financial advisory firm Rothschild & Co in its Melbourne-based Consumer & Industrials team. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance / Economics majors) and a Juris Doctor from the University of Melbourne.

Aleisha Hall

Aleisha recently started as a grad in the Power, Utilities and Infrastructure team, after completing UBS' summer internship program in 2018/19 and working part-time last year. Transaction experience includes Atlas Arteria's recent $420m Institutional Placement.

Aleisha graduated from the University of Melbourne with a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance/Economics) and a Diploma of Languages in Japanese, and studied abroad in London and Vancouver during her degree.
