About Us:

As Australia’s first fully digital hospital, St Stephen’s gives the Wide Bay community access to one of the country’s most advanced healthcare facilities. An innovative non-for-profit regional hospital, we’re small enough to provide individualised care, but large enough to cover a majority of health needs. With facilities that utilise leading edge technology and staffed by leaders in their field, it allows us to provide a comprehensive range of inpatient medical services, as well day surgery.

As a St Stephens Graduate, you will have the opportunity to work as part of Australia’s first fully-integrated digital environment that is re-defining the way healthcare is delivered. We are the only not-for-profit private hospital service on the Fraser Coast, offering you the opportunity to work alongside a team of seasoned professionals - highly experienced and skilled in delivering the utmost quality in person-centred care.

Supporting you to succeed – your graduate year and beyond:

At St Stephens, we’re proud of our reputation for graduate support, retention and success, with many Graduates going on to experience exceptional careers with our family, and beyond.
