We are now looking for Electrical Engineering Graduates to join our 2-year graduate program, commencing in January 2023.

About the Program
The #VentiaGrad program is a two-year program consisting of 2 x 6-month rotations and 1 x 12-month rotation, helping you to discover and learn about the many different parts of our business. Your rotations will take you out of your comfort zone by giving you the chance to work in both corporate and in-field work environments, providing you with the opportunity to identify your goals and focus areas through meaningful work assignments, projects and networking. As a #VentiaGrad, you will be provided with ongoing mentoring, peer support and a variety of learning opportunities to accelerate your development.
Graduate rotations will vary depending on location, current projects and personal preference. Areas you could be working include but are not limited to:
- Design and development of plant and equipment including communication towers, power generators
- Design and development of electrical works
- Utilisation and control of electrical equipment
- Installation, operation and maintenance of electrical equipment
- Ensuring installations and operations are to standard and code
- Risk assessments
- Maintenance of intelligent transport systems
As a graduate electrical engineer, you may be working on our Confluence Water contract, being involved in the design and delivery of a major project at a treatment plant or in our resources sector completing repairs and upgrades and integrating new technology and tools to solve real-time plant issues.”

To be eligible for the #VentiaGrad program, you must meet the following criteria:
- Successfully completed relevant undergraduate degree in the last two years, or be in your final semester of study
- Willingness to travel and relocate for the duration of the rotation
- Hold full work rights to work in Australia
