Begin your career on the Graduate Program (Supply Chain) with Weir Minerals, the market leader in the design, manufacture and supply of slurry pumps and allied minerals processing equipment to the mining industry; both within Australia and throughout the world.
As a key member of the team, you will work alongside and network with industry leaders over a two-year scheme. Commencing in January 2022, the program will include four fantastic six months rotations. With first class development and mentoring, you will complete project based rotations where you’ll work alongside different parts of the business learning skills, gaining experience, and acquiring knowledge about the company, customers, leadership and most importantly – your own capabilities and potential!
To succeed in the role, you will be about to graduate, or have recently graduated, with a business degree preferably with a secondary degree in Supply Chain/ Logistics.
Along with your outstanding verbal and written communication skills you’ll have the skills to build and maintain relationships with multiple stakeholders across the business.
As a logical thinker you will be able to demonstrate the ability to analyse and solve problems. This position will require the flexibility to travel.
