Clinical Nurse Instructor (CNI) - Graduate Nurse Porgram (Vaccination Program)
Exciting new opportunity to join the Learning and Education Team at Western Health to support Graduates in the Graduate Program -- Vaccination Program.
The Clinical Nurse Instructor (CNI) is responsible for the delivery of practical and applied clinical education to graduate nurses in the clinical learning environment. This position will provide direct expert clinical support, education and leadership to graduate nurses, with support of the CNE Vaccination Graduate Program and the Graduate Coordinator Vaccination Program. The CNI will encourage a positive learning environment in which competencies are maintained and skills developed consistent with current nursing knowledge and research. The CNI will ensure that education is aimed at the constant improvement of care for the patient whilst increasing the skills and knowledge of the graduate nurses to be able to deliver best care.
