The Office of People delivers critical strategic and operational outcomes across recruitment and onboarding, employment relations, remuneration and benefits management, employee and leadership development, work health and safety, employee and student wellbeing and safety, student job readiness and graduate outcomes and alumni connection.
About the Role
You will have the opportunity to gain exposure to a broad range of generalist HR functions within the Office of People.
You will rotate through a diverse group of teams to gain experience in recruitment, employment relations, HR Operations, change management and employee/leadership development.
You will be in involved in a variety of tasks, including administrative support, records management, preparation of documents and letters, data and reporting, preparing presentations and reports, scheduling and meeting management.
Other activities may include planning and setting up HR workshops, assist with a range of enquiries from staff seeking HR support (with the help of on-line tools and systems), or project work such as the People Systems transformation.
Skills and Experience
HR professionals bring to their roles, at all stages of their career, sound judgement and maturity. Curiosity and a willingness to solve problems and be flexible. Attention to detail and digital proficiency are important.
Currently completing or recently completed (within the past 12 months) a Business Degree or Diploma in Human Resources Management or a related discipline.

Remuneration Package: HEW Level 4 - $81,282 to $86,609 p.a. (comprising base salary of $68,684 to $73,186 p.a., plus 17% Superannuation and Leave Loading)
