2023 Transformation Graduate Program

Our Program

We’re looking to fill our programs with original thinkers and innovators from all degrees of study.  Challenging and rewarding – our programs will get your career off to a flying start.

Eligibility

You must be Australian or New Zealand Citizen OR an Australian Permanent Resident, AND be in your final year of study of a university degree OR completed an undergraduate or postgraduate degree no more than 3 years ago.

You’ll need to be available start to with us as a permanent employee in February 2023.

Our Transformation Program  

Westpac Group is making significant investment in programs and Transformation is at the forefront of this – providing specialist advice and the ‘know how’ to support the execution of transformational change. You will contribute to and participate in projects to deliver change, drive value and enhance our customers’ experience.

This is a 12-month program with 3 x 4-month rotations. You can expect to play your part in different projects or programs across the organisation. Working with different teams and leaders you could be involved in anything from understanding customer needs, solving business problems, defining new solutions or delivering a new service to our customers.

There could be possibilities to explore and experience concepts such as structured customer focused problem solving, customer journey mapping and agile transformation. This journey of developing such valuable skills undoubtedly sets you up for success in your future career at Westpac Group.
