PASS is an internationally recognised program which promotes peer-to-peer collaborative learning. As a PASS Leader I enhanced student's understandings through conducting voluntary weekly workshops relating to Business Law and Management. An essential requirement for successful sessions is to build a strong rapport among students whilst promoting the comfortable learning environment. My responsibilities as a Senior PASS Leader extend to mentoring and training new leaders on the PASS methodology. To date, I have facilitated 3 separate new leader training sessions, covering approximately 60 students in total.
Collaborating with academics within the School of Engineering on a confidential UAV project. My role within our team is consistently adapting to the work required, including identifying viable energy solutions (taking into account the trade-offs between weight, volume, capacity, and discharge current), designing reliable voltage regulation, as well as creating a communications link between devices.
