I recently graduated from James Cook University (2012), with a Bachelor of Psychology. I am currently in my final year, as a distance education student studying a Bachelor of Business (Human Resource Management) at the University of Southern Queensland. \n\nMy future aspirations is to complete qualifications in Organisational Psychology. With this I have ambitions of working as an international business consultant, and eventually starting my own firm. I have a keen desire to live and work overseas with my career. I am also interested in research and academic teaching.\n\nFor the past 12 months, I have been employed in the Mental Health sector, of which during this time I had the opportunity to work in middle management. This reaffirmed my passion and desire to work in the human resources field, and pursue a management role. \n\nI am a self-motivated, proactive and ambitious individual, driven to succeed in all situations to the highest of standards. I adapt easily to unfamiliar environments and enjoy being challenged to reach new heights and further my potential. In order to be efficient and effective in my work ethic, I enjoy actively engaging in ongoing learning opportunities. I show initiative and creativity in my ability to analyse and solve problems. I am action orientated, and work well either as an individual or as a member of a team. I possess exceptional communication, relationship building and leadership skills, including the ability to act within the limits of confidentiality. I maintain a constant level of high professionalism, strictly adhering to protocol and procedure. I conduct myself in a manner which demonstrates consistently high levels of integrity and respect.
