Graduate Program 2025

 About the AAM Investment Group Graduate Program:

  The graduate program is a development program aimed at building graduate’s knowledge, skills and leadership capability within the agricultural industry, and educating, inspiring, and supporting graduates to become future leaders within the business as we continue to grow. The program consists of development experiences and is structured to provide you with the opportunity to gain experience and exposure in different fields within the agricultural industry by allowing you to work on various sites across the organisation.

The program consists of five rotations across our assets. The first rotation will be completed at the head office in Brisbane with the remaining rotations completed in regional locations across Australia. Accommodation will be provided at no cost to the graduate on all rotations. Your program could include the following: 

• Head Office, Brisbane QLD – this is the ‘home base’ for graduates at the start and end of the program and in between rotations. 
• Cattle Stations – Regional NT & QLD 
• Mixed Cropping and Livestock Aggregations – Regional NSW
• Poultry Farms – SA, QLD and NSW 
• Timber Mills – Regional NSW, QLD & SA

Who we’re looking for:

To be considered for AAM Investment Group’s Graduate Program, you must have completed a bachelor’s degree or diploma before the 2025 program start date or have a minimum of two years' relevant work experience. You will also be willing to relocate for rotations in regional areas.

We are looking for candidates who can demonstrate a willingness to learn, curiosity, be adaptable, innovative, passionate about the industry and demonstrate leadership potential.
