ABOUT US

The AFL Community plays an integral role in this country. We have a responsibility to have an impact in the community, by establishing positive connections and overall growth. While our core product is what most people see on the field, it is the work off the field, that we feel has the greatest impact. Our game is for everyone, and we strive to be a workplace for everyone.

To have impact, we are fortunate to be able to attract the best talent. Talent that utilises a range of skills, working together, to build and grow this brand.

It is at this critical time that we launch “The Grad Program” as we look to find and develop the future leaders of this game.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Based at AFL House in Melbourne, you will join a fun, collaborative environment that promises to give you the very best graduate experience and will allow for you to have a real impact on the success of this iconic business. This is an opportunity to work on meaningful projects that you will see through to deployment.

This is a 12-month program, with a February 2024 start date.

We want to ensure your development is catapulted quickly. So, we will ask you where you want to work and match you (and rotate you) with a business unit that compliments this.

You will be given all the tools, support and access, to ensure you feel supported from day one. All we ask is that you come prepared to learn. Every day. Both on the job and with the support of the best-in-class training we have on offer.

WHY JOIN US?

The AFL will offer you a very real opportunity to build a career in the area of your passion. You will be exposed to the areas of speciality within this business and develop an understanding and appreciation of why and how the game is so successful.
