Launch your career in Agriculture with us at Altora Ag. We are on the lookout for graduates or those in the early stages of their career to assist with various aspects of our business operations within our finance team. This 24-month role will involve working alongside experienced finance professionals in a variety of areas, including Investment Analysis, general accounting, reporting, and specialized fields like asset and capex management.

​Based in Sydney, you will collaborate closely with our seasoned team of industry professionals, gain exposure to our teams in the Riverina, and occasionally travel. We will design your rotations to build a solid foundation of understanding of our business, enhancing your skills and experience in key areas. Should you, as a successful applicant, show interest in an area not included in the initial rotations, we may customize them to accommodate your interests.

​Each rotation is structured to broaden your exposure to the business and develop your abilities in various disciplines.

​Our Finance Graduate Program emphasizes practical training, enabling you to put your knowledge into action, addressing real-world issues, and contributing significantly to our business and farming operations. Throughout the program, you will be guided and trained by experts in each field and paired with a mentor who will offer ongoing support, coaching, and advice.

What will you bring to the role?

  • Have recently completed a bachelor's degree in Agribusiness, Finance or related discipline OR currently completing final year.
  • Be prepared to be flexible in where you are prepared to reside.

  • Have strong problem solving skills.
  • Be enthusiastic, positive and willing to roll your sleeves up to get the job done.
