Program Overview: 

The Bidfood Management Graduate Program in Perth is designed to cultivate and equip aspiring graduates with the skills and knowledge needed for future leadership roles within our organisation. Over a three-year course, successful applicants will gain comprehensive insights into various facets of the business.

Role Description: 

As a participant in this program, you will report to the Regional Operations Manager and be exposed to a diverse range of roles within our organisation. Your journey will include personalised training and mentorship. The primary locations of this program will be our foodservice branches in Malaga and Bibra Lake, with occasional travel to our branches in Broome, Kalgoorlie and Bunbury.

Key Qualifications and Attributes:

• A university degree, preferably in the Business discipline.
• 0-2 years of post-study
• A background in a related industry or experience in a family business is advantageous.
• Exemplary professional presentation.
• Possession of a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• A willingness to undertake necessary travel.
