Marketing Internship Program - Winter 2024

CareerDC Internships charge a fee for the coordination of each internship program. You will get a tailored resume, interview training, unlimited interviews, access to our network of host companies, an internship placement relevant to your studies, an accredited WIL course (if applicable) and support during your internship.

The Marketing Internship Program is suitable for you if you are a university student or recent graduate looking for industry experience to complement your studies and earn academic credit for the internship.

The internship program is particularly great if you are an international student in Australia and want to get work experience with a local company. It is also open to domestic students.

Have you graduated already? Or is an internship not a part of your degree?

That’s okay. You can get on the internship program and combine your internship placement with an accredited Work Integrated Learning (WIL) program. 

The internship program will be matched with your internship needs, including start date, length and location. 

The internship program is coordinated by CareerDC. We have been assisting domestic and international students to get degree-relevant internship placements with host companies since 2011.

To give you an example, the internship host companies include:

• an economic and engineering consulting firm, 
• a company offering architectural solutions, and 
• a marketing team with a large agricultural sciences company. 

As another example, and depending on the host company, your internship could give you hands-on experience in any of the following areas:

• collecting quantitative and qualitative data from marketing campaigns, 
• market analysis and competitor research, 
• assisting with the coordination of product launches, 
• liaising with media, sales, agencies and customers, 
• preparing internal communications, and 
• assisting with the monitoring and managing of business social media.
