Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and support Council’s Strategic Asset Management Systems.
  • Assist in assessing and processing development applications related to stormwater, flooding, traffic, parking, and road safety.
  • Inspect engineering works focusing on stormwater detention systems and civil infrastructure.
  • Provide engineering advice for urban redevelopment, commercial developments, and subdivisions.
  • Attend and contribute to site meetings.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Pursuing or completed a tertiary degree in Engineering.
  • Eligibility to become a member of Engineers Australia.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work.
  • Interest in sustainable development practises.
  • Adaptable and willing to take on new challenges.

We are offering an attractive total remuneration from $81,136.37 to $93,306.83 (salary + super).
