Rous County Council is situated in Lismore, the heart of the Northern Rivers with an operational footprint covering 3,000km2. As a county council, we are responsible for providing three specific functions; bulk water supply, weed biosecurity and flood mitigation.

Your average workday will be kept busy by: - Shaping the employee experience and driving initiatives that promote staff engagement
- Supporting HR functions and processes relevant to the employee lifecycle
- Delivering all aspects of the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) to ensure the system is fit for purpose and utilised to full capacity
- Coordinating the delivery of the annual staff training plan and identifying additional learning and development opportunities
