During the program you will be immersed into the Supply Chain function experiencing rotations across the two years, 6 to 8 months in length, giving you insights in the end-to-end aspects of our extensive Supply Chain operations.
You will be based onsite at our manufacturing locations, on the production lines, our key logistics locations, working with people who plan to get our products made and into market, and all that’s in between.
You will gain insights into the many business functions, be challenged and learn through experience. The program offers the chance to work at our frontline, providing opportunities for you to develop, apply learning quickly and make an impact right from the start.
Starting with a tailored orientation followed by business unit specific workshops, your career development and on the job training will include access to a range of professional development opportunities and the chance to build your business network.
Graduate Program
At Coca-Cola Europacific Partners we value our graduates and recognise that a one size fits all program is not for everyone!
Your 24-month Graduate Program in the Supply Chain function will help you develop and grow the capabilities and leadership skills required for you to be successful as a future leader at CCEP.
Your program provides you with:
- A customised Development Program that will support your transition to get established in your career, build and leverage your knowledge and begin your evolution into becoming a future leader.
- Rotations to expose you to a variety of operations and build your knowledge about all aspects of CCEP. You will learn about our products, competitors and consumers and have an impact on decision making, whilst working on real projects.
- Support by a structured network of mentors/buddies
- An opportunity to participate in a CCEP business challenge that will give you exposure to senior executives and leaders

We will also be looking for several competencies that we want to see in our graduates and that are important to us!

- Assessment Centre and Interview
The Assessment Centre gives us the chance to meet you and an opportunity for you to interact with our team! This is an opportunity for you to learn more about Coca Cola Europacific Partners as a company, see who you would be working with and gain a stronger understanding of what your day to day could look like with us.
Assessment Centres and interviews will occur week commencing Friday 4 November.

Coca-Cola Europacific Partners (CCEP) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to form a joint venture that will build and operate a new PET recycling facility. This will provide a massive boost to Australian recycling by processing raw plastic material collected via Container Deposit Schemes and kerbside recycling.
