The Technology Test team within Communication Services is a high performing national team that is passionate about exceeding customer expectations through the delivery of quality, innovative solutions in a fun and rewarding environment.

A role you will love

This is an opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated Graduate Analyst to join the team located in Docklands. You will be learning on the job all test activities e.g.  planning and executing system testing.

Other key responsibilities:

  • Learn the planning and design of Test Scenarios and ensure software meets business requirements
  • Learn and perform system test execution
  • Defects Management
  • Work with colleagues on testing issues and planning, including business analysts to understand business requirements
  • Liaise with programmers in regard to testing and execution
  • Opportunity to test new software installations  

What will you bring to the role?  

You will have a passion about technology and using technology to provide solutions to business issues to our clients. You will also be a self-starter and have a desire to learn.

Some other key skills that you'll have:

  • Computer Science degree or similar
  • Communicates well both verbally and in writing, creates accurate and punctual reports, delivers presentations, shares information and ideas with others
  • Is attentive to detail and accuracy, is committed to excellence, looks for improvements continuously, monitors quality levels
  • Keeps knowledge up to date, is a technical resource for others, follows technology practices and standards

Desirable qualifications and experience:

  • Degree in Information/ Computer Systems
  • Understanding of SDLC methodologies
  • Experience in the following technologies will be advantageous:
  • Visual Studio Test Professional
  • XML
  • SQL
