Services Coordinator - Graduate Engineer Program (Elec, Mech, Mechatronics)

KEY DUTIES:

• Forms an initial understanding of each project through review of relevant project documents, including but not limited to: • Specifications, • Drawings/plans, * Programme. • Monitors progress via site walks, liaison with key personnel, evaluation of risks and project impediments and recording/marking up documents including project plans, • Record meeting minutes and distribute in a timely manner to relevant parties, • Regularly provide feedback on project process or issues to Manager, • Assists in procurement matters, • Witness services equipment tests, • Assist with the review of project documents such as Operations and Maintenance manuals.

MANAGEMENT SYSTEM RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Immediately report any safety, quality or environmental issues/breaches, • Strictly adheres to Safe Work Method Statements and follow any other safety instructions, • Behave in a manner that does not compromise the safety of yourself or those around you, • Comply with all instructions given by CSI managers and/or employer in relation to management system requirements, • Report any system nonconformities, and any issues of performance/integrity regarding sub-contractors, • Make a conscious effort to work with CSI to achieve environmental, safety and quality objectives, • Cooperate with Auditors.

ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Accountable to Manager/Directors for identification of risks, progress, delays and project impediments and undertaking initial remediation where practical.
