We have 2 Graduate Program positions available, one in Automation and Communications and the other within Protection and Control.
- A two-year structured graduate program based in Port Melbourne, Victoria.
- Rotational/Placement opportunities designed to provide exposure and real-world experience across many aspects of our business.

- Interstate travel to visit sites and customers, assisting with your development.
The successful candidate will demonstrate the following:
- Electrical, Electronic or Telecommunications Engineering degree (Power systems) is required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Works well in a team environment.
- A desire to learn about the company and the industry.
- A precise and careful eye for detail.
- The ability to work efficiently and prioritise tasks.
- The ability to commute between multiple work locations.
Your key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
Automation & Communications
- Continue professional and technical development through self-education, attending supplier training sessions, seminars, etc
- Provide specialised automation and communications pre-sales and post-sales technical support
- Assisting with validation testing and demonstrations
- Provide detailed design and selection of equipment for electrical projects
- Perform electrical testing in our Melbourne laboratory or at site
- Assisting and reviewing hardware and software queries
- Working with the sales team, communicate product benefits and differentiators to customers
Protection & Control
- Continue professional and technical development through self-education, attending supplier training sessions, seminars, etc
- Provide specialised protection and control application support. Automation and Monitoring and Diagnostics exposure is also included
- Provide detailed design and selection of equipment for electrical projects
- Perform electrical testing in our Melbourne laboratory or at site
- Assisting and reviewing hardware and software queries
- Working with the sales team, communicate product benefits and differentiators to customers
