This 2025 IBL program focuses on Human Resources- Learning & Development and commences January 2025. You will need to commit to full-time office hours until end of January 2026. To qualify for this program, you must be an undergraduate student currently completing your penultimate year of study.  As at January 2025, you must have a remaining 12 months or 2 semesters of study to complete your degree. Ideally, you are studying a Human Resources or Business related degree.

The role:

We are looking for a creative and organised university student to join our Human Resources team, specialising in Learning & Development. Our 2025 IBL Program will expose you to real jobs, real experiences and real learning which will allow you to gain valuable workplace experience relevant to your chosen field of study. This 12-month opportunity, starting in 2025, is to learn and work alongside our experienced team of HR professionals with a specific focus on advancing our Learning & Development design and delivery. As the Learning & Development IBL, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our workforce. You will support the design, implementation, and evaluation of innovative learning programs that empower our employees to reach their full potential. Expect to work in a collaborative environment that values creativity and continuous improvement, where your ideas and contributions will directly impact our culture of learning. Bring your passion for detail, and a strong commitment to excellence, and help us create engaging and impactful learning experiences. You will be guided and supported by our Learning & Development Manager along the way!

We are looking for innovative and highly driven students with a strong desire to help shape our fast-growing global business. As the successful candidate, you will apply your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build positive business relationships, and will bring out of the box thinking along with a genuine passion for supporting HR solutions within our industry. You will enjoy working in a fast paced and dynamic environment.  Above all, as you will be working in a small team, you will be team oriented and have a flexible and adaptable attitude to the changing needs of the business. Your keen eye for detail will ensure accuracy in the work you produce, and enable you to develop or document new processes and initiatives. A strong interest in immersing yourself in this role will lead you to achieve greater insights into this business unit, and the Truck industry as a whole as you begin your career in HR.
