This 2024 IBL program, based in our Parts team focuses on Parts Business Support and commences mid-January 2024. You will need to commit to full-time office hours until the end of January 2025. To qualify for this program, you must be an undergraduate student currently completing your penultimate year of study. As at January 2024, you must have 12 months or 2 semesters of study remaining to complete your degree. Ideally, you are studying a Business/Logistics related degree.

The role:

We are looking for a dynamic and customer centric university student to join the team as an IBL Parts Business Support. This is a great opportunity to develop generalist business skills in areas like process improvement, parts sales and marketing, market analysis and more. Our 2024 IBL Program will expose you to real jobs, real experiences and real learning, which will allow you to gain valuable workplace experience relevant to your chosen field of study. This 12-month opportunity, starting in 2024, is to learn and work alongside our experienced team of professionals across our Aftersales Parts team, accelerating your learning and gaining valuable exposure to our brand and corporate values. It will be an amazing opportunity to contribute to our purpose, For All Who Keep The World Moving.

This Parts Business Support role is a unique opportunity to provide parts sales analysis, information and support to the team, and assist the parts sales and marketing team in improving process efficiency.

You will spend some of your time supporting the parts sales team with providing timely and accurate responses to dealer parts enquiries. You will also have an opportunity to review and build new modules for parts training, plan dealer visits for the parts sales team, record KPIs and follow ups, and perform other duties as required.


 

About You:

We are looking for a highly driven student who is motivated to help shape our fast-growing global business. As the successful candidate, you will apply your independence and strong interpersonal skills to build various relationships among the business. Your interest in the truck industry, and a strong ability to adapt to new IT systems will be advantageous. Your interest in immersing yourself in this role will lead you to achieve greater insights into this business unit, and the Truck industry as a whole as you begin your career in Parts Business Support.
