Applications for our 2024 and 2025 Graduate Programs are officially open. We are seeking final year accounting and commerce students looking to kick-start their career within the industry and gain hands-on, client experience. 

Graduate positions within DFK Gooding Partners include enrolment into the DFK ANZ People Development Plan (PDP), a two-year program for undergraduates and postgraduates providing formal training, mentoring, specialist Xero education, and collaboration opportunities across the DFK Firms in Australian and New Zealand.

We will fully support your CA studies with a modules paid for, paid study and exam leave, a qualified CA line Manager and Mentor.

As a part of the business services team you will:

• Work with a diverse and interesting client base.
• Be involved in range of work that will strengthen your technical skills and abilities.
• Work closely with Partners and Managers.
• Have a supportive network of colleagues and managers
• Be offered external and internal training to develop your technical knowledge and expertise.
• Work in a modern and vibrant Perth office with a healthy work/life balance.

Ideally, you will:

• Have completed vacation work at an Accounting firm and know that Professional Firm Accounting is for you.
• Be an analytical thinker
• Have exposure to cloud based software (Xero, MYOB etc)
• Have an interest in building client knowledge to eventually turn into working directly with clients
• Keen to commence your CA qualifications
• Possess good technical skills and knowledge
• Have a strong work ethic and enjoy working hard as part of a great team.
