Life as a DTI Graduate

The DTI Graduate Program aims to develop and grow capability across a diverse range of skills, so Graduates are empowered to take ownership of their future.  

Our 2-year program integrates professional, personal, and technical development so Graduates complete the program with a well-rounded skillset to move forward in their career. Our Managers are industry leaders and they will guide you to experience a variety of functions, teams, challenges.  

To be eligible, you must: 

• Be in your final year of your degree or have graduated within 24 months from your graduation date at the time of application.  
• Be studying or completed studies in the following disciplines: Civil, Mechanical, Electrical or Project Management

Bringing the right people on board is important. We seek Graduates that are ambitious, driven, innovative team players and are customer focused. You will have a true passion in your chosen field and a desire to contribute and succeed. We are looking for individuals who:
