Welcome to the Employsure Graduate Program

If you are passionate about customer service and Employment Relations this is the Grad Program to aspire to. This is an opportunity that will have you immediately working hands on, engaging with our clients. You won’t be stuck doing coffee runs or photocopying all day, this is a role where you are going to merge straight into the team while being mentored and supported by an experienced team member.

You will work our standard business week of Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 17:30 in our brand new Brisbane CBD office. You will be the first Graduate team in this office, so this is a fantastic attitude to make your mark and set the standard for many more Programs to come. At the end of the six month program there is an opportunity to be a permanent member of the Employsure team where you will have multiple career paths to choose from.

The Graduate Experience

You will work alongside extraordinarily talented employment and workplace relations specialists coming from a variety of backgrounds. We have a collective vision- to empower every business to succeed by setting solid foundations, starting with fair and safe workplaces.

You will be “buddied” up with an existing member of our team to give you support and guidance where you will gain experience multiple sides of our business to give you a clear understanding of Employment Relations. There are also group training sessions, projects and direct interaction with our clients.

Excellent communication skills are essential for this Graduate Program as you will be heavily involved in document consulting and reporting. Over the phone skills are just as important as you will be taking calls from clients and you will need to be able to determine their needs.

• Final interview, a more traditional and formal interview with the Advice Services Manager and the State Manager

Successful candidates will be offers and start shortly thereafter where you will receive a one week induction in the Sydney head office.
