Our Graduate Program:

Bring your creativity and passion to hipages Group, where you’ll hit the ground running to create an impactful experience for our customers (tradies), ensuring they are supported in every step of their journey with us. Our 18-month rotational graduate program will be embedded in our Sales team and will offer mentorship, formal learning shadowing on-the-job training and more. You’ll work closely with diverse colleagues who provide empowerment and mentorship to you every day. This is your opportunity to follow your passions and curiosity as you do exciting work and create a career path that’s unique to you.  

Where you’ll be working (18-month rotational program):

  • Revenue Operations: Learn the operational and analytical aspects of the sales function 
  • New Business: Perfect your fundamental inside sales skills
  • Customer Solutions: Develop your skills in nurturing, retaining and upselling our customers 

What you need to succeed

  • Completing or recently completed a tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce or Marketing
  • Any experience (paid or unpaid) in a sales/office environment
  • Full working rights in Australia
  • An interest to kick start your career in the technology industry
  • Great communicator both written and verbal
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload
  • Meticulous attention to detail with a can-do attitude
