Who We’re Looking For:

We are seeking exceptional candidates to join our team of brilliant lawyers and administrative staff. This new position is an on-site full-time position for a Marketing Executive. The Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, conducting market research, assisting in managing client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. You will be an integral part of our entire firm, working closely with our partner and executive assistant/practice manager.

With our firm experiencing significant growth over the past year, we are looking for an individual with a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a desire for professional development. This is a great opportunity for a marketing graduate to join the Ironbridge Legal marketing team and expand their skillset and grow the team.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation and Correspondence – Identify potential business leads and draft professional correspondence to engage with them effectively.

• CRM Management – Maintain and manage the HubSpot database to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.

• Content Communication – Develop and manage content for various communication channels, ensuring consistent and effective messaging.

• Diary Management – Organise and manage diaries for marketing activities, including scheduling meetings, coordinating appointments, and providing our partner with itineraries for national and international trips.

• Event Organisation and Management – Plan, organise, and manage firm-hosted events and conferences, ensuring smooth execution and maximum engagement.

• Digital Content Creation – Collaborate with designers and use Canva to create engaging digital content for marketing campaigns.

• Conference and Event Marketing – Oversee the marketing and promotion of the firm's attendance at external conferences and events, enhancing the firm's visibility and reputation.

• Website Management – Maintain and update the firm’s website, ensuring content is current, accurate, and aligned with marketing strategies.

To Be Successful in This Role, You Will Have:

• Qualifications – Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a similar field.

• Legal Skills – While legal expertise is not mandatory, familiarity with legal concepts, terminology, and databases can be advantageous

• Communication – Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, as you will interact with clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders. The ability to convey complex ideas clearly and professionally is key.

• Collaborative Attitude – A team player mindset is crucial, as you'll work closely with legal professionals, senior management, and cross-functional teams.

• Time Management – Effective time management and organisational skills are necessary to handle multiple tasks, prioritise responsibilities, and meet deadlines.

• Ethical Standards – Commitment to upholding ethical standards, maintaining confidentiality, and demonstrating professional integrity in all business dealings is paramount.

• Experience – Previous experience in marketing and/or marketing analytics, especially within the legal sector, is preferred but not mandatory. Extensive experience managing and updating CRM systems, specifically HubSpot.
