Team members in this function are based mostly in Kmart's National Office in Mulgrave and Target's Store Support Office in Williams Landing. You will also work with team mates that are based in Bangalore, India and Hong Kong.

To be eligible for our 2024 Graduate Program, you will need to:

• Be an Australian/New Zealand citizen or Australian permanent resident

• Have completed an undergraduate or postgraduate degree within the last 3 years of program start date (e.g., 2021 2022, 2023 or January 2024)

• Be able to start full time employment beginning February 2024

• Be willing to move to Melbourne at own cost (if necessary), and commit to staying for a minimum of 3 years

• Have studied the relevant degree/discipline

To be successful in a Technology graduate role you will need to have the enthusiasm and drive to contribute to the Kmart Group Technology strategic goals.  You will also have relevant tertiary qualifications such as Engineering Software, Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science or Cyber Security.
