Entry Level Sales Associate Position - Full Time

We are seeking a motivated and energetic sales associate to join our successful team at LJ Hooker Toongabbie.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting with sales duties as directed.
• Social media marketing.
• Assisting in developing marketing materials
• Working with buyers and undertaking negotiations.
• Liaising with vendors and buyers; and solicitors.
• Effectively capturing all business activities via LJ Hooker's CRM systems.
• Conducting open for inspections.
• Prospecting: including advertising, telemarketing, promotions and networking.
• Meeting weekly and monthly targets and KPIs.

Experience is preferred, however, if you don't know real estate that's ok because we'll teach you, but you must have determination, a strong customer focus and the drive to succeed. Must have own reliable vehicle. Must be able to work Saturdays. Ideally you will have a sales background.
