We offer a 6-month graduate and apprenticeship program that offers you the chance to gain hands-on experience, work alongside industry experts through mentorship, and make a meaningful difference in the world. You will be exposed to diverse projects and given the opportunity to learn from experienced professionals who are committed to your success.

Finance Graduate: Join our finance team and contribute to responsible financial management, budget analysis, and strategic planning. Your role will shape our financial strategies for a sustainable future. 

IT (Information Technology) Graduate: Innovate the way we harness technology for renewable solutions. Work on cutting-edge projects involving data analytics, software development, and system integration to drive our operations forward. 

Communications Graduate: Elevate our mission through effective communication shaping and delivering our brand message to stakeholders. Eligibility

Our Graduates and Apprentices are ambitious individuals who enjoy working together to help solve climate change while supplying Australians with secure, affordable, clean energy. 

To be successful in being considered for a position when an opportunity arises you will need to: 

• Be currently undertaking or completed a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field to our role openings. 
• Have an interest in an environmental and sustainability career.  
• Demonstrate a high level of communication and problem-solving skills. 
• Be highly motivated with a desire to achieve excellence. 
• Be prepared to undertake an Australian Criminal History Check. 
• Have full working rights with no restrictions.
