Marketing Intern responsibilities:

- Resource to immerse into Paramount processes and systems

- Organising competitions including flights, accommodation, contacting winners, sending out prizes, liaising with suppliers, organise product or prize delivery, organise hosts

- Organise custom photography & videography shoots including organisation of products, props, management & assisting on the day, development of run sheet (based on brief), catering, venue selection, and organisation with trade

- Organisation of loyalty box including order products from suppliers, labels printed, inserts printed, decanting organisation, overseeing the packing and interstate transfers, organising how they will be added to deliveries, finalised customer list development, tracking deliveries

- Assist in updating and managing banners and other back-end activity

- Organisation of Paramount brand/category campaigns including influencer outreach, product organisation for events or tastings, checking stock levels before campaigns go live, ensuring deals are loaded correctly, organising product and warehouse logistics (i.e., custom packs), organisation and creation of PR packs

- Organisation of supplier brand campaigns including ensuring GWP or deals are loaded correctly, checking stock levels before going live, organising product and warehouse logistics (i.e., custom packs)

- Organisation of virtual masterclasses including organising product and decanting for tasting kits, organising packing, and delivery of kits

- Organisation of in-person events including registration management, organisation of live streaming, venue selection and management, supplier comms

Event management experience is a plus, but not essential

Working hours & benefits:

Competitive graduate starting salary
Mondays, Tuesdays & Wednesdays - Part Time
8.30am - 5pm (may vary for events)
