Your Future Team
In the Strategy& team, you’ll find yourself in a culture that values curiosity, collaboration, critical thinking and mentorship. Alongside your peers, you’ll support clients as they reinvent their business models to optimise their growth and impact. For example, helping a supermarket chain improve customer service, sustainability and profitability with an end-to-end review of their operations; identifying opportunities to minimise waste, reduce costs and optimise supply chains. Your team will be focused on doing work “with a purpose” that helps clients flourish in a rapidly changing world. 

What will a normal day look like? 

• Use problem-solving, integrity and a growth mindset to make an impact across a range of industries including Consumer Markets and Retail, Financial Services, Mining, Healthcare, Technology and Utilities.

• Collaborate with a diverse team to brainstorm creative ideas and strategic approaches to client problems.

• Dive into a culture of continuous learning and be empowered to drive analyses and draw insightful strategic insights.

• Receive continuous feedback and mentoring through our leading apprenticeship model tailored to your individual development goals.

• Build relationships and skills to set you up for a lifetime of success!

As a graduate in Strategy&, you’ll be working towards a degree in Commerce, Engineering, Law, Information Technology or similar. You’ll also need to be either an AU citizen, NZ citizen, AU Permanent Resident or an international student with a work rights visa.

 Anticipated start date is February 24th, 2025.
