Your Future Team
In the Workforce Tax team, you’ll find yourself in a culture that values curiosity, collaboration and critical thinking. Alongside your peers, you’ll create solutions for problems like ensuring businesses are meeting tax obligations of engaging people (such as Superannuation Guarantee or Employee Share Schemes) or how to entice and retain key talent. You'll use problem-solving, integrity and a growth mindset to make an impact across a range of industries. Along the way, you’ll build relationships and skills to set you up for a lifetime of success. 

What will a normal day look like? Well you can count on that every day you will: 

  • Research legislation or case law on employment tax matters

  • Design remuneration structures or models that support the retention of talent

  • Work on deals to assess the risks of employment obligations and on-costs

As a graduate in Workforce Tax, you’ll need a degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or Law. You’ll also need to be either an AU citizen, NZ citizen, AU Permanent Residents or an International student with a work rights visa.

Anticipated start date is February 24, 2025.
