What is the Vacation Program?

Start building your network and skills that will give you the future you want through the PwC Vacation Program!

If you're in your second last (penultimate) year of graduate or postgraduate studies, this program is designed for you. The program runs over four to eight weeks (length will vary across our offices) and includes full-time work experience during the university break.

Your Future Team

In the Energy Transition Advisory team, you’ll find yourself in a culture that values curiosity, collaboration and critical thinking. Alongside your peers, you’ll create solutions for problems such as updating organisational strategies and operating models to respond to challenges and opportunities of the energy transition, or set up and manage large programs of work to support transformation agendas. You'll use problem-solving, integrity and a growth mindset to make an impact across a range of industries including Energy, Utilities and Resources. Along the way, you’ll build relationships and skills to set you up for a lifetime of success. 

What will a normal day look like?

• Coordinate and manage projects, including engaging with clients and stakeholders

• Develop and implement strategies, as well as engage with executives

• Develop business cases, including conducting analysis and defining requirements

As a vacationer in Operations Transformation, you’ll need a degree in Engineering, Science, Commerce, Sustainability & Environmental Sciences or similar. You’ll also need to be either an AU citizen, NZ citizen, AU Permanent Resident or an international student with a work rights visa.

Anticipated program dates are November 25th, 2024 to January 24th, 2025.
