What is the Vacation Program?

Start building your network and skills that will give you the future you want through the PwC Vacation Program!

If you're in your second last (penultimate) year of graduate or postgraduate studies, this program is designed for you. The program runs over four to eight weeks (length will vary across our offices) and includes full-time work experience during the university break.

Your Future Team
In the Operations Transformation team, you’ll find yourself in a culture that values curiosity, collaboration and critical thinking. Alongside your peers, you’ll create solutions for problems such as operating models requiring updating operating models to meet the industry's need to integrate new suppliers and establish new business relationships, as the industry continues to transform and expand significantly, or as new business models emerge, it is essential for the business to comprehend and define their interactions, formalise business relationships, and plan logistics support for major capital projects. You'll use problem-solving, integrity and a growth mindset to make an impact across a range of industries including Energy, Utilities, Resources and Mining. Along the way, you’ll build relationships and skills to set you up for a lifetime of success. 

What will a normal day look like? 

• Project coordination and management, including client and stakeholder engagement

• Strategy development / implementation and Executive engagement

• Business case development, including analysis and definition

As a Vacationer in Operations Transformation, you’ll need a degree in Engineering, Science, Commerce or similar. You’ll also need to be either an AU citizen, NZ citizen, AU Permanent Residents or an International student with a work rights visa.

Anticipated program dates are November 25th, 2024 to January 24th, 2025.
