Join our two-year graduate programme and participate in four six-month rotations to gain comprehensive exposure to various general business functions. Begin with an initial rotation in Singapore, followed by two rotations of your choice within the APAC region, including Japan, Singapore and China. Additionally, you'll have the option to complete a rotation in Germany or the UK. Upon completing the programme, you'll be encouraged to explore further career opportunities within the business support areas at any of our Asia Pacific offices.

The contribution you’ll make

Right from the start, you’ll help us continue our expansion into new markets and locations. You'll gain an in-depth understanding of our global business operations and have the chance to connect the dots across the value chain. Your daily tasks and involvement in significant projects will span various areas, including:

  • Accounting and Finance
  • Market Risk 
  • Credit Risk
  • Back Office
  • Project Management

The qualities you’ll bring

As well as a keen interest in the energy industry and readiness to explore our markets and our business, you’ll need:

  • A bachelor’s/ master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Mathematics 
  • Excellent communication skills fluent in English and either Chinese, Japanese or Bahasa will be an added advantage
    IT proficiency 
  • A desire to work collaboratively with a curious approach, challenging yourself to find new solutions 
  • Motivated to take on new challenges, whether operating independently or in a team 
  • Analytical mind and the ability to learn quickly 
  • Enthusiasm and drive to develop your skillset and seek out development opportunities within a supportive team 
  • Flexibility and mobility needed to travel to multiple locations
