Graduate Journey:

We welcome all our graduates on a permanent basis, placing them either within a role in our business or our contact centre. Regardless of your starting position, all graduates have the opportunity to participate in our 2-year graduate program, which includes:

• Biannual Graduate Conference featuring internal and external speakers on key development concepts, skills-based projects & activities and team building with your peers.
• Opportunities to get involved in project work across the organization such as designing & executing a marketing campaign, sustainability initiatives, tech stack & system superusers, customer experience design and improvements, and more.
• Your learning experience will consist of both personal and professional development there will be opportunities to attend L&D sessions on topics like Time Management, Critical Thinking and the 5 Habits of Successful People.

About the role:

Starting your career in our Contact Centre as a Customer Experience Graduate is an excellent entry point to learn about our customers, products and systems, a great base for your future career! The role will be challenging, with lots to learn and fast paced in a dynamic team environment

Your day to day will look like:

• You will be the first point of contact for SIGNET to resolve our customer queries through multiple inbound channels
• Efficiently Processing orders and optimizing them to ensure the best Customer Experience!
• Proactively building in-depth product and systems knowledge to assist to make informed decisions
• Engaging in weekly huddles, brainstorming sessions for improvement and team building activities 
• Collaborate with multiple departments like marketing, supply and warehouse to address customer queries effectively and understand how these teams systems work.

Starting salary: 60k plus super, after 12 months increasing to 62k plus super and after 24 months (upon program conclusion) 64K plus super

About You:

• Curious Mind and Proactive nature to cease opportunities to learn & grow – because it’s not going to come knocking on your door right – you’ve got to go and get it!
• The Customer Experience must be important to you!
• Ideally, you have your own transportation, as our head office is based in Wakerley. If not, please ensure the location is suitable for you before applying.
• This program is well-suited for recent graduates with backgrounds in Business, Marketing, IT, or Supply Chain, graduating in 2022, 2023, or early 2024.
• We also offer part-time positions (20 to 32 hours) in our Contact Centre for undergraduates, although they cannot participate in the graduate program until they graduate.
